Mechanism of action

Immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory. It affects the functional metabolic activity of macrophages.

Indications and usage

Complex therapy of immunodeficiency states: chronic recurrent furunculosis, chronic recurrent herpetic infection, postoperative purulent-inflammatory complications. Pathogenetic treatment of acute infectious diseases (intestinal infections, viral hepatitis, erysipelas, meningococcal infection, diseases of the urogenital system, post-traumatic osteomyelitis, obstructive bronchitis, pneumonia), inflammatory diseases that have arisen against the background of secondary immune deficiency. Correction of immunity in cancer combined with Chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

Rectal: the suppository is released from the contour packaging and then injected into the rectum. It is recommended to release the intestines.
The dose and duration of the drug depends on the severity and duration of the disease.
Chronic recurrent furunculosis: in the first 5 days - 0.1 g once a day, then - 0.1 g every other day. Course up to 20 suppositories.
Chronic recurrent herpetic infection: in the first 10 days - 0.1 g once a day, then - 0.1 g every other day. Course up to 25 suppositories.
Inflammatory diseases of the urogenital system: in the acute period in the first 2 days, 0.1 g 2 times a day, then 0.1 g every 72 hours. The course is 15–20 suppositories. In chronic course - 0.1 g with an interval of 72 hours. Course up to 20 suppositories.
Chronic inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract: 0.1 g every 72 hours. Course up to 20 suppositories.
Prevention of surgical complications in the pre- and postoperative period: 0.1 g every other day - 5–10 suppositories, then 0.1 g every 72 hours. Course up to 20 suppositories.
Immunocorrection in case of oncological diseases in combination with chemotherapy and radiation therapy: initial dose - 0.1 g every other day - 5 suppositories, then - 0.1 g every 72 hours. Course - 20–30 suppositories.
