Composition and release form

Gepon - lyophilized powder for preparing a solution for ingestion and external use:

1 fl. The powder contains a synthetic peptide consisting of 14 amino acid residues: Thr-Glu-Lys-Lys-Arg-Arg-Glu-Thr-Val-Glu-Arg-Glu-Lys-Glu with a molecular weight of 1818 daltons 1, 2 and 10 mg; 1, 3 and 30 fl per pack.

pharmachologic effect

Gepon has antiviral, immunomodulatory effects. Mechanism of action: causes the production of alpha and beta Interferon, mobilizes and activates macrophages, limits the production of proinflammatory cytokines (interleukins 1, 6, 8 and tumor necrosis factor), stimulates the production of antibodies to various antigens of infectious nature, inhibits the replication of hepatitis C viruses, simple herpes type 1 and type 2, encephalomyocarditis, HIV, increases resistance to infections caused by viruses, bacteria and fungi.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of Gepon; children's age up to 12 years.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Dosage and administration
