TEST FOR DETERMINING PREGNANCY FAITH

The HCG-IHA-VERA strip is intended for a rapid one-step qualitative in vitro determination of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in the urine using immunochromatographic analysis to detect early pregnancy.

One strip of HCG-IHA-VERA is designed to determine the content of hCG in one sample of human urine.

Composition

The strip, individually hermetically packaged in a package of laminated aluminum foil with a desiccant.

Before starting work, all analyzed urine samples and used HCG-IHA-VERA strips should be kept at room temperature (+ 18-25С) for at least 20 minutes.

• Add a clean urine sample to a clean, dry bottle.
• Open the package and remove the strip.
• Dip the Strip with the end with the arrows into the analyzed urine sample to the level of the restrictive line for 20-30 seconds.
• Remove the strip, place it on a horizontal, flat, clean, dry surface with the test area facing up.
• After 5 min, visually assess the result of the reaction.

The detection of two parallel lines of pink-red color in the test zone of the strip indicates a positive result, i.e. indicates that the content of hCG in the analyzed urine sample is equal to or greater than 20 mIU / ml; This indicates the presence of pregnancy.

The detection of a pink-red line in the test area of ​​the Strip near the upper edge of the Strip indicates a negative result, i.e. indicates that there is no hCG in the analyzed urine sample or its content does not exceed 20 mIU / ml; This indicates a lack of pregnancy.

Shelf life - 24 months.

After opening the packaging, the strip should be used within 2 hours when stored in a dry place at a temperature of + 2-30 ° C.
Before analysis, it is possible to store urine samples at room temperature (+ 18-25С) for no more than 4 days.
