Mechanism of action

Indigal Plus is a three-component drug that acts simultaneously on the cause of the disease and symptoms.

The active substances Indigalplus® have antiandrogenic, antiproliferative, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiexudative effects. Indigalplus® suppresses the stimulating effect of androgens, and also causes the death of prostatic cells with abnormally high proliferative activity. The antiandrogenic effect of Indigalplus® is based on the inhibition of the activity of androgen receptors, which is carried out at the molecular level.

Indigalplus® inhibits the pathological growth of blood vessels accompanying cellular hyperproliferation. The antiandrogenic, antiproliferative, antiangiogenic effect of Indigalplus® contributes to the regression of hyperplasia and the reduction of the symptoms of BPH.

The mechanism of anti-inflammatory and anti-exudative action of Indigalplus® is due to the pronounced antioxidant activity of its components,their ability to inhibit the synthesis of PG, pro-inflammatory cytokines, enzymes and transcription factors, as well as their inherent antibacterial activity.

Indications

Indigal is used to prevent the development of benign prostatic hyperplasia and prevent prostate cancer.
Eliminates the difficulty urinating, reduces pain.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components of Indigalplus®, pregnancy and lactation.

Dosage and Administration

The drug should be taken orally, while eating. Indigal Plus ® is recommended to take 1-2 caps. (500 mg) per day. Duration of reception is 1 month. If necessary, the reception can be repeated.

Side effects

In rare cases, when taking on an empty stomach, slight nausea and heartburn may occur. It is well tolerated and combined with other standard therapies for prostate adenoma.
