Thanks to triglycerides of fatty acids and neutral fats in the impregnating composition of the ointment, the sterile dressing enhances the healing effect, does not stick to the wounded skin, is applied and removed easily without damaging the surface. The dressing Atrauman from Paul Hartmann helps prevent the development of inflammation, accelerates healing. She completely excludes infection wounds, thanks to individual packaging.
